VL-årsmøde 2017

VL-årsmødet 2017 blev afholdt den 2. oktober 2017 på Experimentarium i Hellerup.

 

Det velbesøgte VL-årsmøde blev indledt med generalforsamlingen. Herefter gik konferencen “Design af nye forretningsmodeller” i gang med hele fem workshops og efterfølgende keynote sessions, hvor Jacob Riis, Falck A/S, Katrine Rau, Fjord Copenhagen og Ulf Mannervik talte.

Ved forårets medlemsmøder lanceredes VL’s årstema ’Design af ledelse’ Her stillede vi spørgsmål som: Hvordan skaber man fremtidens forretning, når eksponentiel teknologi konstant flytter barren? Hvad nu, hvis man finder bedre løsninger ved at prøve sig frem, end ved at tænke sig til dem? Hvad nu, hvis de kreative kan gøre os mere effektive? Hvad nu, hvis fokus på mennesket gør nye teknologier mere værd? Kan designeres arbejdsmetoder inspirere topledelse? Til årsmødet blev der givet nogle svar, som vi håber bl.a. kan inspirere til at nytænke egen ledelsespraksis.

Christian Bason

Christian Bason is the chief executive of the Danish Design Centre. His role is to set the strategic direction for the organisation, and to govern the most demanding initiatives and activities. Christian is also CEO of Design Society, a foundation which is the parent company of the Danish Design Center, INDEX: Design to improve life, Danish Fashion Institute and Copenhagen Fashion Week. Christian is a member of the board for the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture, Design and Conservation and holds an M.Sc. in Political Science from Aarhus University and a Ph.D. from Copenhagen Business School, CBS.

Jakob Riis

Jakob Riis is President and CEO in Falck which he joined in 2017 coming from Novo Nordisk where he had a long and international career as a.o. EVP, China, Pacific & Marketing and EVP North America. Jakob Riis is MSc, PhD Field Of Study Forestry, Econometrics from The Royal Veterinary and Agricultural College, Copenhagen. He is on the Board of Directors of Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design and ALK- Abellò.

Ulf Mannervik

Ulf Mannervik is co-founder of NormannPartners and Associate Fellow at the Saïd Business School at Oxford University, where he also is Director of the Oxford Networked Strategy Lab. He has worked in research and teaching at Oxford for more than 10 years, and is an international strategy and strategic foresight practitioner and advisor. He has deployed design thinking in strategy over the last 20 years, consulting on strategy and strategic innovation for governments and global firms such as BMW, IBM, Imperial College, Novartis, OMX Nasdaq, Scania, SEB, Shell, Swedish National Rail, Siemens, Statoil and many more.

Anders Buchmann

Anders Buchmann is Creative Strategist at BeoCreate – a start-up within Bang & Olufsen. BeoCreate brings a start-up mind-set to explore and develop new solutions for B&O’s current and future challenges. Anders came to B&O in 2016 to spearhead BeoCreate on the commercial side of things. He is a successful entrepreneur, has just short of a decade of agency experience under his belt and developed campaigns, strategies and products for businesses ranging from Kickstarter’s to Coca-Cola.

Katrine Rau

As Group Director for Fjord Copenhagen, Katrine is passionate about positively changing and influencing transformation from within client organizations. Katrine is a seasoned expert in design. She has driven strategic design initiatives at Fortune 500 companies and most recently at GE where she lead strategic cross-department programs to drive a better user experience for customers. Katrine has lived in the United States for four years, working as a design researcher at InReality where she, amongst others, worked with internationally recognized companies such as LP and The Coca-Cola Company.

Kaja Møller

Kaja Møller is the CEO of Fredericia Furniture A/S and has been in charge of the turn-around during the past 3 years. Kaja is a brand and business strategist and is passionate about internationalization and development of Danish design companies. Kaja is Cand. Merc and has 20 years experience within fashion, design and retail, that includes Georg Jensen, IC Group, Magasin du Nord and has been CEO in Holland for European Brands Organisation bv. Kaja is member of the non-executive board in EGE carpets and Boobles.

Ask Agger

Ask Agger er CEO og Partner, Workz A/S. Ask Agger er ekspert i involvering, storytelling og forandringsprocesser og rådgiver for en bred kreds af landets største virksomheder. Han er Cand.scient. pol fra Københavns Universitet og blogger hos Mandag Morgen samt Huffington Post. Udgav bogen Medfortæller på Gyldendal sidste år.

Line Christa Amanda Sørensen

Tech should be scalable, flexible, robust and lightweight – and first of all, tech must provide a clear business ROI. With this mantra Line has worked in executive roles in technology companies in Europe and in the Middle East, focusing on the dynamic and sometimes turbulent intersection where good tech meets real life. Line is COO at Trifork and head of Trifork Selected. Line is advising start-ups i Oman, the UK, Switzerland, and Denmark, and is non-executive director on the board of the tech hub CodeNode in London. Line is co-founder of Swiss Agile Leaders, founder of Fintech Inner Circle London and co-founder of Nordic Fintech Angels.

Anders Skovgaard-Petersen

Anders Skovgaard-Petersen, Designchef og Partner, Workz A/S. Leder af Workz’s designafdeling og erfaren konceptudvikler og spildesigner i krydsfeltet mellem læring, interaktionsdesign og forandringsledelse. Har en Master i Design og IT fra IT Universitetet og Designskolen I København. Har tidligere arbejdet i DR og hos Learning Lab Denmark.
